These Terms and Conditions of Service (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the CarVerified website, mobile applications, and vehicle data services. By accessing or purchasing any service from CarVerified, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

CarVerified provides digital services which are delivered immediately after purchase. By proceeding with a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1.1 CarVerified is a trading name of Qodeko Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15369402).

1.2 These T&Cs explain how we provide vehicle data services, how contracts are formed, and your rights and obligations.

1.3 A “consumer” is an individual purchasing services for personal use. A “business customer” purchases services in the course of trade or profession.

1.4 “Vehicle data” includes reports such as MOT history, tax status, stolen and written-off checks, finance checks, mileage data, keeper information, and other vehicle-related information supplied by third-party data providers.

3.1 You make an offer to purchase a vehicle report when you submit a vehicle registration number and complete payment.

3.2 A contract is formed when your vehicle report is made available to you on screen or via email.

3.3 If we are unable to supply a report due to technical or data issues, we will notify you and no charge will be taken.

3.4 Our services apply only to vehicles registered in the United Kingdom.

3.5 You must be at least 16 years old to purchase services from CarVerified.

4.1 CarVerified provides digital vehicle data reports sourced from reputable third-party providers.

4.2 We provide services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

4.3 Report layouts, presentation, and data providers may change from time to time.

4.4 Multi-report bundles are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused reports expire after this period.

5.1 Consumers usually have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases.

5.2 Because CarVerified reports are supplied immediately after payment, you agree that your right to cancel is lost once the report has been delivered.

5.3 For multi-report bundles, if any credit from the bundle has been used, redeemed or applied to generate a vehicle report, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable. See clause 7.7 for full details on bundle refund eligibility.

6.1 All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown before payment.

6.2 Payment must be made in full before a report is issued.

7.1 CarVerified offers vehicle check credits which can be purchased individually or as part of multi-check bundles.

7.2 Purchased credits allow you to generate eligible vehicle reports available on the CarVerified platform. The number of reports included will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

7.3 Multi-report bundles are intended for customers who need to perform multiple vehicle checks and may provide a discounted price compared with purchasing individual reports separately.

7.4 Check credits are linked to your CarVerified account and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

7.5 Purchased check credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits remaining after this period will expire.

7.6 Check credits are consumed when a vehicle report is generated. Opening or accessing a completed report may be considered use of the purchased service.

7.7 Multi-report bundles are sold at a discounted price on the basis that all credits form part of a single purchase. If any credit from a bundle has been used, redeemed or applied to generate a vehicle report, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered where no credits from the bundle have been used, subject to applicable consumer rights. For purchases made directly through the CarVerified website or Android application, any approved refund will be subject to a 5% administration and payment processing fee.

7.8 Refund requests for purchases made directly through CarVerified must be submitted with your payment details and account information by contacting:

7.9 Once a vehicle report has been generated and made available to you, the corresponding report credit is considered used and is non-refundable. Due to the immediate delivery of digital vehicle data services, refunds cannot be provided for reports or credits that have already been generated, accessed, or used.

7.10 Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's In-App Purchase Terms and refund policies. Any refund request for an iOS in-app purchase must be submitted directly to Apple. CarVerified cannot approve, reject, or process refunds for App Store purchases, and any refund approved by Apple will be handled entirely in accordance with Apple's policies.

8.1 CarVerified does not itself offer data guarantees. Any guarantees included within reports are provided by third-party data providers and are subject to their own terms.

8.2 Any guarantee forms a separate contract between you and the relevant third-party provider. CarVerified accepts no liability for third-party guarantees.

9.1 Vehicle reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not replace independent inspections or professional advice.

9.2 We do not guarantee roadworthiness, legality, or condition of any vehicle.

9.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the report, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring claims in their local courts where applicable.
