What a free dealer page on CarVerified includes
Every dealer who registers on CarVerified gets a public dealer page. On the Free plan you get:
•
A public page with your business details and stock, showing registration, price, mileage and photos
•
Up to 5 vehicles listed at once
•
Buyer enquiries sent straight to your dashboard
•
Your stock recorded in one place, with cost tracking for each car (purchase price, repairs, prep and advertising) and the profit on each sale
•
Dealer Analytics on the Professional plan: sell-through, stock ageing and margin at a glance
The same cars you record are the ones shown on your live public page, so you only enter each car once.
You add a car by typing in its registration number. CarVerified pulls the make, model and year from DVLA, so you are not typing it all by hand. Set a price, mark the car as public, and it appears on your page. No card is needed to sign up.
If you carry more than five cars at a time, the paid plans raise the vehicle limit and add more invoicing and staff accounts. See the dealer plans.
Most dealer pages sit on their own, so you have to bring every visitor yourself. People who come to CarVerified are checking a car’s MOT, mileage, finance and write-off history before they buy. They are already in a “check it before I buy it” frame of mind, which is a good time to be in front of them.
Tips for a stock page that sells
1.
Photograph every car in daylight. Front, rear, both sides, interior, dashboard with the mileage showing, and any marks. Honest photos build trust.
2.
Be clear about price and mileage. Do not make buyers phone to ask.
3.
Remove sold cars quickly. A page full of sold cars looks neglected.
4.
Reply to enquiries fast. Buyers contact several dealers, and the first useful reply often wins.
5.
Be upfront about history. A buyer who has already run a check, and sees you have nothing to hide, is easier to deal with.
